The death of George Floyd shook the planet. The Imperial Beach People’s Alliance and the State Farm building owner at Palm & Florence commissioned talented IB artist & designer, Milan Finnie, to use her vision to capture the spirit of the watershed moment. Finnie, who has completed projects in Mexico and Brazil, was able to create her work across six walls where she hopes visitors see her messages of simple humanity.
